Learning the difference between a technical approach to sustainability and what it means to address an adaptive challenge.
Weaving
Applying framing skills to enrich sustainability communication, in a way that is other-oriented more than performance-focused.

Building Team with Purpose
Weaving
Understanding how to use different sustainability perspectives to draw others into a reality all can see.
Crafting
Assessing our current spectrum of sustainability skillsets that are needed to productively address the multi-faceted aspects of work in this domain. Exploring how to initiate change with cross-departmental groups at a practical level.
Building
Understanding the important interplay between key roles in impactful, integrated programs that seek to address real needs. Bringing the transformative and inclusive together under a coherent purpose for sustainability that articulates the shift we want to make, as well as the outreach that we care about.
