Purpose
Addressing the opportunity that has opened up to infuse purpose into business. Understanding externalities from a regenerative perspective.
Perspective
Learning the difference between a technical approach to sustainability and what it means to address an adaptive challenge.
Weaving
Applying framing skills to enrich sustainability communication, in a way that is other-oriented more than performance-focused.
DAY 2
Building Team with Purpose
Weaving
Understanding how to use different sustainability perspectives to draw others into a reality all can see.
Crafting
Assessing our current spectrum of sustainability skillsets that are needed to productively address the multi-faceted aspects of work in this domain. Exploring how to initiate change with cross-departmental groups at a practical level.
Building
Understanding the important interplay between key roles in impactful, integrated programs that seek to address real needs. Bringing the transformative and inclusive together under a coherent purpose for sustainability that articulates the shift we want to make, as well as the outreach that we care about.

This comprehensive program combines fundamental leadership perspectives with relevant case studies and insights on how to lead people onto a transformational journey.
