This program focuses on how practitioners can purposefully lead sustainability work and meaningfully drive team engagement. Participants will learn how to build a richer repertoire for communicating sustainability, initiating improvement-oriented sustainability work, and the fundamentals of integrated stakeholder programs for social impact.

This comprehensive program combines fundamental leadership perspectives with relevant case studies and insights on how to lead people onto a transformational journey. This workshop is designed to help organizational leaders communicate sustainability in ways that can resonate at different levels of the organization, in view of surfacing the carers and fostering a culture of shared purpose and inclusive growth. The goal is to foster real engagement with sustainability among employees, stakeholders, and the wider community.
